    Every month, I try to schedule a benefit class. I reach out to local non-profit organizations that speak to me on a personal level and work with them to coordinate a donation based class where I teach and they collect valuable funding. As a yogi, a member of the community, and just a human in general, it is SO important (and not to mention rewarding) to me to give back whenever I can.     I cannot believe this summer is coming to a close.... seriously where did the time go??? Having said that, I am SO excited for this fall. I am teaching several new classes, as well as new locations! I can't wait to meet my new class participants, co-workers, and hopefully get a heck of a lot more yoga practice in.
