safe. fun. educational. balanced. welcoming.....i could go on and on with buzz words when i think about my style of teaching. whether it's hatha yoga, hip-hop dance routines, or hill drills on the spin bike, i give my full self to my workouts and my students. i pride in taking time outside of the studio to formulate proper and effective class plans so that any person from any walk of life can enjoy and benefit from a pedals & poses session. keeping judgement outside the room and support inside, a pedals & poses class is designed to open the doors of opportunity for participants and their health journey.  plus a little shameless jamming to a stellar playlist, that helps too.  :)
