Take your flow to the next level with the addition of hand weights (optional) and cardio drills. Slow Flow Yoga: Build strength and flexibility through this slow approach to vinyasa yoga. This class will focus on matching breath to movement and building a solid foundation for your yoga practice. All levels welcome; class is 1 hour. (Lone Tree Wellness Center)

P&P Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga: A classic approach to the yoga practice by connecting breath to movement and building strength and flexibility through held postures and flow. A Pedals & Poses yoga class can be customized to the needs of the practitioners regardless of fitness levels. All classes are a minimum of 1 hour and can run up to 90 minutes.
